Kiln House Self Catering Location
The main town is approximately ¾ mile away; a level riverside walk from Kiln House leads to the bustling heart of Dartmouth with its many bistros, restaurants, shops, and exclusive boutiques and galleries. River cruises can be taken from the quay, or alternatively it is very relaxing to just sit and watch the yachts sail up the Dart estuary.

- A visit to Totnes also makes for a pleasant day out, with its many 16th-century and timber-framed buildings as well as interesting shops to browse around and coffee houses to enjoy some light refreshment.

- Walking Dartmoor National Park
- Dartmouth Golf Club, with an 18-hole championship course, 9-hole club course, health spa and swimming-pool will also prove a popular venue.
